Delivery status

Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, we will send you an email of
shipping confirmation containing the shipment number to track your order. Please
note that there may be a few hours delay before the tracking information is
are available, as we must first transmit the information electronically to the
carrier at the time of shipment.

Where is my order

If you place your order before 12:00 p.m., we will deliver to you within 2 to 5 working days. THE
processing your order in our warehouse usually takes 1-2 days.
Once the package is handed over to the sender by our warehouse associates, at that time
there you will receive an email from us with the tracking information for your shipment.

Can I modify or cancel my order

Once you have validated your order, it will not be possible to modify it or
cancel it. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or wish to
change, you can contact our Customer Service at the following address:

How to return my order

If you are not satisfied with your order or wish to change it, you can
return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that any complaint
must be made in advance by e-mail to our Customer Service at
the following address: contact@lozamo.com. Please note that personalized products,
made-to-order products, as well as hygiene products such as cat litter,
treats (antler) and lick mats cannot be returned.
